We commissioned Tim to provide architectural and design advice for our renovation for our house in Temple St. From the outset Tim was prepared to listen to our ideas for the house and then worked towards us both achieving our vision, but also with practical advice as to what was attainable within our ideal budget. He visited us on site, provided initial drawings and then also coordinated very well with our chosen builder to practically implement his plans. Tim also went above and beyond the call of duty to help obtain the necessary consents with council which also involved compliance and input from an engineering firm.
